Warranty

 1. What Does It Cover?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of PopTent products during the Warranty Period.

If you notify us within this period of a defect in materials or workmanship, and the product has been used appropriately, we will, at our discretion and at no charge to you, repair, replace the defective part or refund the product.

 


2. Who Is Covered?

This warranty is for the original purchaser who bought the product from PopTent. It cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.

 


3. How Long is the Warranty Period?

The coverage lasts for 2 years from the date of purchase.

 


4. How do I to get Warranty Service?

If you have purchased a defective product from PopTent, please contact us and provide a detailed description of the problem.

You may be required to provide proof of purchase, including the date, as well as evidence of the issue with the tent, such as images or videos.

At our discretion, we will decide whether to:

  • Provide instructions for simple repairs when replacement parts are not required
  • Send replacement parts
  • Send an immediate exchange
  • Authorise you to return the product to PopTent for a service

 


5. Return Process

If it deemed necessary to return the product for service or exchange, we will provide you with return instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us. We will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement product back to you.

  • Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number so that your product can be correctly dealt with. Products returned without an RA number may not be accepted.
